Charlottesville Virginia outdoor wedding at Verulam Farm. What an amazing, stunning outdoor wedding.
Allison and John honored us with wanting us to travel to Charlottesville Virginia to shoot their special day. The venue Verulam Farm was amazing. Driving up the long driveway with huge trees lining the sides and the horses roaming free was a stunning way to start the day. Allison got ready in the Verulam bridal suite while the guys hung out at the Poolhouse. The couple decided to do a first look since the ceremony started late, which was a great way for us to take advantage of the beautiful landscape of the farm. The ceremony took place in the Croquet Lawn and then cocktails were served in the Pergola and sunken garden. The huge Willow and Mongolia trees, bluegrass band playing, straight out of a Southern bell movie. A short hike over to the Barn where the reception was held. As you can see in the photos it’s one heck of a barn! The night ended with sparklers and and elegant departure in an antique Rolls-Royce, tin cans and all! Such a classic elegant wedding. Every little detail thought out perfectly. Such a fun bunch of people to spend the day with, lots of laughs, as you can see in the photos. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your wonderful day!
